Lebon FM: "The Radio of the Great South"
Lebon FM was founded in 2010 in Les Cayes by Senator Fritz Carlos Lebon, who also serves as the station's CEO and president, broadcasting on 102.1 FM with a slogan that announces its regional ambition: "La radio du grand Sud," the radio of the great South. The station was built with the explicit goal of innovating and revolutionizing radio broadcasting in southern Haiti.
Lebon FM's programming spans news, sports, health, education, environmental awareness, entertainment, and cultural content, alongside continuous music. That range reflects an ambition stated directly by the station itself: structuring a society with improved mental and material resources, treating broadcasting as a tool for genuine community development rather than entertainment alone.
For listeners across Haiti's southern region looking for a station that frames its mission around both information and social improvement, Lebon FM has built its identity around that broader purpose since 2010.
