DMCA / Copyright Notice

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Televizyon Lakay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

What This Site Does

Televizyon Lakay links to and embeds publicly available live streams of Haitian radio stations and TV channels. We don't host, produce, or own the underlying broadcast content. If you believe a stream listed on this site infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To submit a valid notice, please email televizyonlakay@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the specific material on this site you claim is infringing, including the exact URL(s) so we can locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Notices missing any of the above elements may not be actionable under the DMCA, and we may be unable to process them until the missing information is provided.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information above, explaining why you believe the takedown was a mistake.

Counter-Notices

If you submit a counter-notice, please include your name, address, and phone number, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A Note on False Claims

Submitting a takedown notice that misrepresents that material is infringing can expose the sender to legal liability. Please only submit a notice if you genuinely and reasonably believe the material infringes your copyright.
